Overview
Checking internal marketing screens, co-managing social media platforms, assisting campaign planning and roll out, supporting dealers in the network, working with agencies to create eCRM and social assets.
Skills
Learnt how to use Adobe Experience Manager, improved excel skills. Improved communication, teamwork and presenting skills. Using Sprinklr to manage and schedule social media.
Responsibilities
Yes I was given full responsibility of mini campaigns and daily responsibilities. When a team member is on holiday I cover their duties during their absence.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support from the whole team including higher management. Always made to feel part of the team. Guidance was often needed to be asked for first, but always given once asked.
Culture
General atmosphere was always nice, lots of friendly faces around the office and externally. Supportive.
