Responsibilities
Yes, my team usually encouraged me to take on bigger responsibilities that involve more technical and business challenges in order for me to learn new skills and gain confidence. However, responsibilities are always within my capacity and with room for failure.
Support & Guidance
Manager provided a one-on-one feedback space every week, where we discussed challenge and learning opportunities, as well as guidance on a daily basis whenever questions arise.
Culture
Honda Motor Europe has got a great atmosphere and culture for undergrads to feel as important as any other associates. Respect for individual is the key pillar the culture is based on, and everyone is helpful and social, and are willing to learn more. Can be a bit too much hierarchy sometimes can be holding back the speed of progress, but this is somewhat expected of a big corp, in my opinion.
Your Impressions
Honda is a great first place to grow as a 西瓜视频 as everyone is given decent authority and responsibility to work on meaningful projects that leaves an impact, at the same time with good support and fallback for failures. People are amazing, all the undergraduates, contractors, permanent associates work together and involve in various opportunities of meetings, socials, and events.
