Overview
Main tasks included: Chasing payment of overdue balances which hotels owe to Hilton Working alongside Hyderabad team to ensure payments are correctly allocated Account reconciliations – mainly following audit request or payment misallocations Updating trackers for reporting purposes, especially hotels where further escalation has taken place Running PeopleSoft reports and monitoring hotels on payment plans Preparing wire forms for refunds Preparing data for calls taken by management and taking notes on the calls
