Overview
Assist the GBCS team with all of our monthly processes such as variance analysis, forecasting and reporting. Less of a day to day and more of a monthly cycle with week 1 being month end, week 2 forecasting, week 3 reporting and week 4 being other ad-hoc tasks and start of month end

Improved analysis skills, communication, excel ability, ability to work well in a team and decision making
Responsibilities
Yes I had a surprising amount of responsibility and was even given full autonomy on certain projects
Support & Guidance
Loads of guidance especially from my line manager and team as a whole. I was always encouraged to ask questions and never was worried to do so
Culture
The culture was fantastic and really welcoming. My team was very supportive and the environment was collaborative. Benefits are really generous as well
