Creating data analytics to analyse cost and utility consumption across 250+ hotels. Collating sustainability best practices and creating resources to assist Engineering teams at the hotels. I have become much more confident with public speaking; my team has allowed me to speak on quarterly calls with 100+ Engineers as well as presenting at events with external attendees on our ESG strategy. I have developed my Excel skills and had the opportunity to carry out training on PowerBI, and was then tasked to put this into practice when building a dashboard to flag anomalous utility consumption. I was also allocated a mentor for my internship, who was a member of my team. They checked in on me on a more personal level and helped me explore my future career plans. Additionally, I benefited from Hilton's wealth of training resources on Hilton University and our free access to LinkedIn Learning.

I have thoroughly enjoyed bumping into colleagues from various corporate functions around the office and getting to know them.
