Overview
the insight days were helpful and consisted of varying icebreakers that i enjoyed as well as gave some crucial information related to the application process. the insight had answered all of the questions i had related to being an apprentice in not only insurance but in any field.
Skills
i learnt how to tailor my cv to an employer and how to make myself into a "brand" to sell myself to employers
Business Insight
learning about the business as well as the building was useful as it allowed me to appreciate the work being done and aspire to join the team myself
Culture
inviting atmosphere with a welcoming team, any questions we had were answered and the team took their time to really show us how it would be to work alongside them, everyone seemed friendly
