The Role
I loved the 6 weeks that I spent at Towers Watson. The office atmosphere was great and the work was varied and interesting.
Some days were busier than others, but I was rarely bored.
I was given lots of responsibility in projects, including one client project.
The Company
Fantastic! Everyone was welcoming and happy to help out, and also to just have a chat at less busier periods. The socials were frequent and good fun too, and helped to feel more comfortable with the teams in the office.
Very well organised and set up.
Everyone was very happy to give up their time to help out and teach us how to carry out tasks. Also we recieved plenty of training in different areas of insurance consulting which were useful.

I am not sure yet about any job offers, but anyone asked seemed to imply that they have enough jobs to offer a job to every intern. Let's see whether they liked me!
The Culture
We had plenty of organised socials throughout the 6 weeks, alongside lunch pub trips, pub crawls and sports. It was great fun and a good way to become part of the team.
London and the South East are always going to be expensive, but it's worth it.
Lots of pubs around!
There were some sports to get involved with and plenty of socials.
