The WTW Level Up Insight Programme was a two-day virtual experience that gave me a comprehensive introduction to WTW鈥檚 culture, values, and core business areas. I attended sessions on empathetic listening, using the STAR technique in interviews, and personal branding. I particularly enjoyed the mini careers fair, which allowed me to speak with representatives from different business lines and understand the wide range of career opportunities available at WTW. The programme wrapped up with a reflection session that helped consolidate everything I had learned across the two days.

But through the insight sessions and business line introductions, I gained a much clearer picture of how areas like Investment Consulting, Risk and Broking, and Human Capital Advisory work together to serve clients.

From the very start of the insight programme, everyone from senior speakers to recent graduates was approachable and willing to share their experiences.
