Overview
The insight provided an in-depth look into WTW鈥檚 core business areas through case studies, skills workshops and networking with graduates. Each day involved team exercises, presentations on career pathways and Q&As with recent joiners who shared their day-to-day responsibilities and development journeys.
Skills
Yes, I developed my communication and collaboration skills through the Client Excellence module, learning how to tailor solutions to client needs while building strong relationships. The Problem Solving module enhanced my ability to break down complex issues, structure analysis, and think creatively under time pressure, skills I applied during team case studies and presentations.
Business Insight
It was eye-opening to explore WTW鈥檚 diverse business areas from Investments and Retirement to Work & Reward. Hearing from graduates and senior leaders gave me a clear picture of the day-to-day responsibilities and progression routes within each stream. It helped me understand how my skills could align with different roles and how WTW supports long-term career development through training, mentorship and early responsibility.
Culture
The company culture felt inclusive, supportive, and collaborative. Everyone, from graduates to senior leaders, was approachable and genuinely interested in sharing their experiences. There was a strong focus on development, diversity of thought and teamwork, which created a welcoming and motivating atmosphere throughout the programme.
