Overview
Each day differs, at some days I would do a lot of networking within the team and the group. I am also given tasks that have high impact and that truly challenges me. Some days, usually Mondays, I tend to have a lot of meetings where we set up the week and the tasks that need to be done. I also have set days to work on the intern project with my group.

Responsibilities
I was given great responsibility, my tasks were not "time-fillers", but proper tasks that actually help the team progress. I had a task with the head of the team, where I worked closely with him as he really cared about that task as it was important that it be done perfectly (it will be shared externally). I would say I felt as an important member of the team.
Support & Guidance
Great guidance and support, I would always get check-ins from my buddy, placement manager, line manager, and the team manager (he doesn't need to do it)!. They are also very nice and very accessible if I ever needed them.
Culture
The best thing about NatWest is the people! The culture is great; people are really nice, open, and close to each other. NatWest is one of the few organisations where I see people stay in for 10 years +, this is because of all the opportunities available within the group + the great culture
Your Impressions
