Overview
The day ran from around 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We had learning modules in the morning, combined with interactive sessions throughout the day. We also had the opportunity to explore all the different lines of business within WTW through a virtual careers fair with graduates, as well as the early recruitment team.
Skills
I learnt about the different career options within WTW, as well as developed skills to excel in the internship application process.
Business Insight
It was interesting, as it allowed us to explore options we may not have considered before and gave us the opportunity to pick a line of business we would like to research further.
Culture
Very friendly and approachable; eager to give advice and help whenever given the opportunity.

I enjoyed it a lot, as I was able to learn more about the company while also making key connections to help develop my career further through networking.
