Overview
Day to day involves serving customers, picking them up and offering sales. Aswelll as learning vital captaincy's such as growth, risk and vr.
Skills
I have learnt and developed many skills throughout my first year. Such as confidence, interacting with customers and staff from other branches which has also increased my network. I have developed sales skills.
Responsibilities
Yes plenty of responsibility when the time permitted. I have recently been able to run counter and act as an assistant manager which has been a great opportunity for development.
Support & Guidance
Plenty of support from staff, in and out of the branch. My area mangers have always been been very supportive and a vital part of my development.
