  • Every day is different because it is filled with so many new exciting and sometimes unexpected challenges. You will learn more hard and soft skills that you thought possible. We sell protections on the rental vehicles to protect the customer against any possible damage. You learn how to run and operate a successful business. Learn sales and marketing skills, gain a great insight into employee and business growth

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • The amount of responsibility given to me is probably the best part about my internship. From day 1 you are treated like every other employee, gain so much hands on experience. Put in positions and asked questions only managers are usually answering to. The growth and confidence I got from this was exponential. While it was quite daunting at the beginning I have benefited so much from it

  • You are constantly working within a team. Everyone started from the same position so other employees understand what you are going through when learning new material. It is such an open and honest learning environment, the guidance and support is brilliant

  • Be confident and willing to work hard. Be competitive and hungry to succeed. Understand that it will take time to learn and understand everything. Other employees are there to help and guide you . Do not guess or assume, ask questions if unsure! Be enthusiastic
