Overview
Overseeing the daily running of a global business, working closely within a team in a heavily customer faced environment and learning ways to grow the business as you prepare to move up within the business.
Skills
I have been able to develop so many skills that I gained while at university which have allowed me to succeed within this industry, such as leadership and teamwork, and have also gained several new skills which will benefit me in my future endeavours.
Responsibilities
I felt I have been given several important responsibilities since joining the company which has taken me out of my comfort zone, however with the helpful training I have been able to succeed in these responsibilities.
Support & Guidance
There are several teams which help to look after employees from branch level to HR, I felt I have been given all the tools by the right people to have had a successful placement year!
Culture
Working in the branch sees an enjoyable atmosphere working with great people and I feel as if every day is different and makes it enjoyable going to work. The team I have worked with is one of the reasons I have enjoyed my placement so much.

In my opinion my placement experience has been a 10/10. It has opened my eyes into what I want to do after university and the experiences I have gained will last forever
