Overview
My role involves providing excellent customer service while serving customers in to vehicles and throughout their rental process. I am also responsible for managing our fleet health and I am learning to manage the branch in terms of maximizing growth and profitability while controlling costs.
Skills
My management skills have developed considerably and I am much more competent at reading and understanding a business statement, which allows me to highlight areas of opportunity an strengths.
Responsibilities
I have been given increasingly more responsibility during my placement.
