Overview
Management training program, customer facing role involving sales, service, training around financial statements, experience within different brand extensions of Enterprise. Fast paced environment, with problem solving, resolving customer issues. Liasing with the different parts of Enterprises flagship customers, such as corporate, retail and insurance.
Skills
Yes massively improved my ability to resolve disputes, building rapport with customers as well as retaining information as you are constantly learning.
Responsibilities
Yes, you are given plenty of autonomy when allocated your captaincy roles, such as fleet health, service captain, ICON captian (in charge of all insurance customers/bookings). As well as being given freedom further down the line to be the day runner, running daily operations in the branch.
Support & Guidance
Plenty, you are given a mentor early on who you can speak to for advice or regarding issues you have.
Culture
Collaborative, very friendly and everyone is very like minded.

I really enjoyed it, far more than i was expecting. You learn and develop skills that are transferrable to every industry.
