Overview
Varys a lot. Meetings to update on progress on various projects. Projects linked to testing units to be delivered, building test equipment for research projects. Working with a team of people.
Skills
Yes. Learnt how to work with testing software, trouble shoot, log test results. Learnt about cable builds, mechanical work and how to create circuit layouts.
Responsibilities
Yes. At times conducted testing on crucial bits of equipment. Lots of freedom to achieve the same thing in different ways too.
Support & Guidance
As much as I wanted. I was not spoonfed, but had people to ask the questions when needed.
Culture
Great. No presure to work but always enough motivation and support to get things done. Friendly teams.
