Skills
Developed my networking skills, my time management, my confidence in asking questions (no matter how silly).
Responsibilities
Yes - not supervised / shadowed when completing tasks, shown what to do and then left to get on with it.
Support & Guidance
As much as I felt I need, anytime I was confused or stuck there was always someone there to help, but they don't pressure you at all, its just what you feel you need.
Culture
Lovely, everyone is super friendly, always willing to help, there's clubs you can get involved with and socials you can go to.
Your Impressions
I loved it! All the other interns were lovely & it was nice to get to know them, the induction and training days in London were very fun and a good way to get to know everyone quickly. The office is a great place to work, everyone's very friendly, always willing to help you. The office also organises alot of fun stuff outside of work e.g. run clubs that you can get involved with!
Yes
Don't stress the assessment centre - it's actually a rather enjoyable experience! If you are thinking about applying definitely do - it's been a great experience, so fun & a great way to try out EY & meet lots of new people!
