Overview
I do reporting for the climate transition plan team, where we work with excel sheets and package data in a easily understandable way, with insights that encourage us to look at the data with more opinion.

My manager had daily check ins with me to make sure that I was managing well with my work, adjusting the difficulty and amount of work I received based on how competent I was. I also found that the company culture encouraged me to seek help often and when I did, I was able to get advice from friendly and approachable colleagues.
