    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • My manager has always been reachable if there has been a problem and everyone has the philosophy 'there is no silly question'. I have received enough support also from grads and my buddy, as they are always there for a conversation should I need it. With this said, the support is not overbearing which I really like, no one is breathing down your neck to check on work.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • I adore the company culture, it is relaxed because the expectations are high and everyone here knuckles down when they need to, there is no pressure when you adhere to the company behaviours. Everyone has been very welcoming and always up for a chat (project centred or networking) and Gogarburn feels like a serene utopia, there are so many extracurricular activities to get involved in.
