Responsibilities
At the start, responsibility was less of course. But as the placement progressed my responsibility and tasks grew with my skills and development.
Support & Guidance
There is a strong support network with the placement year at IBM. Its very structured at the beginning. As you progress you might find you don't need so much support but you will always have people who can support your specific needs. In your specific team, there will be people who will really put the effort in to help you grow and develop.
Culture
Positive culture, always events going. The people are very supportive here and will always make time where possible to help you.
Your Impressions
I throughly enjoyed it. Taught me valuable skills and helped me refine what I do and don't want to do after I graduate.
