Overview
On a day-to-day basis, I deal with the data analysis of the marketing campaigns run by the company, whereby I have to provide leads for recruiters to follow up on as well as create a campaign overview to see the progress. In addition, I also help with the analysis of the numerous job boards the company uses to promote the jobs we help to recruit for.

Responsibilities
Yes, I was given quite a lot of responsibility during my placement year at Hays. This is supported by the time when I was the only member present on my team since the others were on holiday. During this period, I had to take care of requests and schedule deadlines when necessary.
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support from not only my line manager but also the wider team, who encouraged me to put effort into my learning during my placement year.
Culture
The company culture was great, especially because of the people who are very nice to talk to for general advice as well as work related matters. The atmosphere was very friendly and easy-going.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement thoroughly, despite the few periods where it was a bit stressful. If I had the choice to go back and choose whether to make this decision, I would definitely choose to complete this placement since I have not only learned a lot about my chosen field but also the corporate culture.
