I really enjoyed my placement at Hays, the role itself is a good way to get an understanding of the industry you want to get into. And the working environment at Hays is amazing as well.

If you were applying to Hays then you have to make sure you are a proactive person who is willing to learn; the role itself is easy but the knowledge you will need within your industry is difficult
