Overview
Managing social media engagement on all platforms and monitoring and responding to comments. Creating content to post from designing briefs to using adobe. Scheduling in content.
Skills
Further developed my communication and confidence. Technical skills using adobe/sprinklr/indesign/riverside.
Responsibilities
Yes, given the chance to take control of socials and help decide and write what we post as well as new campaigns and ideas to promote them.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support, including mentoring closely by another member, as well as weekly calls and 1-1 calls with members of the team.
