Overview
Ensuring our projects are meeting deadlines and all stakeholders are on track including our creative and media agencies. Our days vary based on what place a marketing campaign is at, from writing briefs to analysing the agencies response to brief, to looking at post campaign analysis. Managing budgets is a key element to ensure each campaign will be most effective. More daily tasks include managing the sales funnel to see metrics such as google search volumes and how they can vary weekly.
Skills
Developed many personal skills such as confidence, leadership, presentation skills, networking, and overall professionalism. I have learnt how to meet strict deadlines. Learning every element of every marketing channel has been fundamental to this year and for my future progression.
Responsibilities
My team gave me a huge amount of responsibility but ensured I was being guided at every step - a perfect balance. I was signing off large budgets and making key marketing decisions that will be showcased to the public.
Support & Guidance
Weekly 1 to 1s with my manager who always supported me - very good early careers scheme which ensured we had someone to talk to at all times. We were also given a buddy, a graduate of similar age so we also had someone with shared experiences to talk to.
Culture
Very supportive friendly and a good working environment. A place of growth and opportunities.

Be proactive, research the company in depth, don't just look at the homepage of the website. Research the problems they may face, the opportunities and how can your skills potentially contribute to those gaps. Be excited and curious.
