Overview
My role involves communicating with my team and with designers and engineers to find out the parameters of the surfaces and then work to the requirements that they need while also making the surfaces are looking good.
Skills
I have learnt the software ICEM surf and also developed my ability to extract information from meetings. Developing little skills such as managing my own parts and the responsibility that comes with.
Responsibilities
I was given a good level of responsibility and while it did vary having my own part of the car to be looking after and working to fix and improve has been really exciting
Support & Guidance
A good amount of consistent check ins with both my management paired with support from my close team to help coach me through things where my understanding was limited
Culture
The general atmosphere was overwhelmingly positive with plenty of coffee mornings and little events within creative to have a chance to meet the wider teams and interact with different teams. People were always inviting and willing to talk and explain

Massively enjoyed my time and have met some great people in my experience. Enjoyed the working with design and having the chance to create a vison
