Overview
Varied from role to role, included computer design work, in person testing, post processing data.
Skills
Developed coding and CAE skills
Responsibilities
Sometimes given responsibility, other times had to look for work to do.
Support & Guidance
Some teams offered minimal support, others offered a lot - down to luck what team you're put on.
Culture
Again varies team to team - some teams very relaxed and inclusive, other teams clearly stressed about deadlines
Your Impressions
Largely enjoyed, but sometimes was moved around the company without much say in where I'd be going or what I'd be doing - when deadlines got tough, they'd just move around the lowest levels of the company to try and fix it.
Yes
Interview isn't technical. When you get the job, be the first person to ask for work and keep asking, or you might end up with nothing to do.
