Overview
Electronic/Mechatronic Engineer for JLR's Heat Flux Management System. Responsible For: •CATIA V6 In-context Designing, Rapid Prototyping. •FFA, DFMEA Engineering in TRM and XRAY. • Intelligent Quality Issue Management and Problem Solving (6Sigma Yellow Belt). •Embedded Programming and Simulation Creation •Communications
Skills
Yes. Problem solving, research, quality engineering. Knowledge of cooling mechatronics, sensors and instrumentation, automotive protocols and software. Also confidence in supplier and internal meetings.
Responsibilities
At the beginning was a lot of shadowing but quickly got into work and had a lot of responsibilities and tasks.
Support & Guidance
Line manager has been very good with upskilling me and giving me confidence. HR also have meetings with early careers and I also had an accreditation mentor. So all good.
Culture
Very relaxed and agile. Good community but work can be cyclical in demand.
