Overview
Working within my various teams to assist the goals of said team. Rotation 1: social media content creation and management, newsletter content creation, tours bookings management. Rotation 2: participating in meetings between JLR and government, giving an early careers perspective. Meeting with local and regional politicians. Rotation 3: aiding in the transition to a brand led business by employing the new brand strategy by analyses current practice, process and decisions.

Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibility and agency for my projects in each of my rotations. The independence to be able to make my own decisions and having my opinion valued greatly built my confidence and allowed me to grow as part of a team.

Great support network from each of my managers as well as the early careers team, everyone in the business have always been there to support and aide in my development.
Culture
Great culture and general atmosphere around JLR, truly a great company to work for.

I had an amazing placement year, it was totally the correct path to go down and I now feel more confident in what I'd like to do in the future. The real world experience and opportunities it has given me are invaluable to my future growth, development and progression professionally.
