  • a lot of management skills, leading projects, organising tasks and timelines. analytical skills, in data reviews. being able to be critical of outputs, questioning with a emphasis on quality learning to use new software, including in-house developed.

  • Very low stress, and places a lot of trust in the employees to perform their responsibilities. Follows "agile" as a work structure
