Overview
Testing cells, batteries and components for electric vehicles in order to develop architectures
Skills
Learnt what it means to take responsibility for projects which you are leading/are involved in. Furthermore, I learned how to communicate with teams from different countries during international projects
Responsibilities
Yes, within the first few days I volunteered and was able to lead an international project which would span over the next 8 months
Support & Guidance
Lots of support with 1 on 1 sessions with my manager, and they give you a buddy which helps you to settle in to the company
