Overview
Working in the strategy part of the team. Analysing trends and data. Leading on my own projects (looking at cost savings, diversity) Supporting the team with events. Supporting the team move into new areas and use new systems and processes.
Skills
How to communicate in a professional context. How to work using agile systems. Improved my excel and PowerPoint skills. How to create professional and value added reports.
Responsibilities
Analysing key numerical figures to improve the programme. Showcasing the programme in a key system space. Creating quarterly reports. Analysing the diversity of the entire programme.
Support & Guidance
I received lots of support from the early careers team and my home team throughout my placement.
Culture
Very supportive culture. People are always willing to help and support you. Very professional culture where people care about their work.
