  • It was very objective driven and also fast-paced at times when trying to meet deadlines for showcases to our wider departments and also stakeholders to our software we were developing our software. Sometimes found myself pressured to meet timeframes on work I was doing - however this was less pressure from my team but more from myself to meet deadlines, usually my team were quite laid back when it came to me meeting my targets.

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to JLR
  • Be yourself and don't try to be perfect. I think one of the main things that helped me make it past the interview phase and receive an offer was that I was open and honest about the things I have struggled with and then how I then overcame or plan to overcome that issue, showing a growth mindset.
