Overview
In my role in Product Engineering, I help make digital tasks more efficient. I work on things like automating processes, automating CAD, analysing data, documenting workflows, spotting areas where we can improve. My tasks are given by a squad lead or manager and are planned to fit within set timeframes. Each day, I work closely with other team members to solve problems and share updates. Most of my work is with internal teams, but sometimes I also work with external partners when needed. I鈥檓 responsible for making sure my work supports bigger projects, like improving old systems and helping the team work more smoothly.
Skills
Yes, I鈥檝e learned a lot of new skills and also improved many of the ones I already had. I鈥檝e picked up new tools and techniques, especially around automation, data analysis, communication, presentations, and CAD. At the same time, I鈥檝e developed my existing skills by applying them to real projects, solving problems, and working more efficiently.
Responsibilities
Yes

Your Impressions
Enjoyed it very much.
Yes
My advice would be to stay open and proactive. Don鈥檛 be afraid to ask for different types of work or more responsibility. It鈥檚 also really helpful to have honest conversations with your manager about the skills you want to build and the tasks you鈥檙e interested in. This helps you get the most out of your experience and grow in the areas that matter to you.
