Overview
Support the strategic transformation of Unilever's global Home Care portfolio, identifying growth and innovation opportunities and monitoring recent launches. Working across functions and countries, contributing to the development of innovation pipelines.
Skills
I've developed strong cross-function collaboration skills by working closely with many teams from around the world, and learnt lots about Unilever's brands and product offerings, and how these differ across countries. I've also gained experience in data visualisation, reporting, analysis, really strengthening my skills in Excel and Power BI dashboards.
Responsibilities
You are given the ideal amount of responsibility, Unilever don't treat their IPs as typical interns, but instead as real employees with actual ownership of projects or workstreams

Lots, the community among placement 西瓜视频s is really strong, and the teams are always super friendly so it's always ok to ask questions / seek support
Culture
Very positive, everyone is always very kind and friendly, open to helping placement 西瓜视频s when they're new. Lots of opportunity for growth within the organisation too

Ask questions! When you're new, don't be afraid to ask - companies don't hire placement 西瓜视频s because they expect them to know everything, it's ok to learn as you go.
