Overview
As a Customer Account Executive, I manage customer relationships executing strong buyer/supplier relationships. Daily tasks include, managing the account, responding to customer inquirers, supporting sales and creating new opportunities. I coordinate with internal teams to deliver service and monitor account performance.
Skills
I have learnt new Excel skills, built up strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
I was given full ownership of an account and also helped to support the total Skincare account.

I received a lot of support and gudiance from my line manager and my wider team at Unilever.

When I first joined at Unilever, my internal team were lovely and friendly to me and helped me find my feet, despite me not knowing anything at the start.
