Overview
- Design and implement leadership programme for employees from different managerial level. - Organise learning workshops for Global Learning Team to discover new industry insights and trends in the L&D space. - Manage employee engagement initiatives to build and sustain their interests in achieving both their personal and professional L&D goals.

Responsibilities
Definitely, project ownership assigned as from Day 1. This not only gave me the opportunity to lead multiple projects on my own but also expand my comfort zones when it comes to enhancing my existing communication skills and learn new one like creative thinking.
Support & Guidance
My Line Manager is very supportive and accessible if I need any help. What I enjoyed was the freedom and independence to tackle the assigned projects the way I want.
