Support & Guidance
In the first half I got basically no support from my manager but in the second half my mentor was a lot more supportive although was still sometimes hard to get when he was busy
Culture
The company culture can vary massively from team to team. My first team was very sexist and patriarchal and would make inappropriate comments especially outside of work. Second team was a lot more friendly and welcoming and as a whole the company has a pretty good environment
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it in the sense that I have made some good friends here but as it is a big company it is easy to get lost under everything and not feel a part of it so would not return.
No
Be aware that it is likely that you might not be doing what you expect when coming from university and that it can be very slow
