Overview
Design and manufacture of an engine assembly production line. Stakeholder meetings and equipment buy-offs with vendors. Local-scale project management and on site problem solving.
Skills
Developed project and time management skills. Learnt risk assements and safety skills. Developed purocurement, communication and netwroking skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, from the start I was given small parts and design tasks and throught the placement the responsibilities I took on grew.
Support & Guidance
I recieved a lot of frequent support from my line manager and our internal early carrers team.
Culture
A friendly and driven atmosphere, aimed towards getting the required tasks done and developing personal skills whilst doing so.
