Overview
My role is usually spent working on projects required by my team, these tasks have included Excel, Project Management, Presenting, Circuit design and simulation as well as testing.
Skills
My presenting skills have been developed and I have a far better understanding of the industry and feel I have learned a lot.
Responsibilities
I have been given as much responsibility as I have been able to rise to. There is a supportive environment so I have by no means been restricted or micro-managed due to my lack of experience.
Support & Guidance
I had regular meetings with managers and mentors to evaluate my process and ensure I was doing work I enjoy.
Culture
Very enjoyable. There is an excellent early careers team ensuring that employees get to be social. It can be a fast paced environment but I have found this to be a positive.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement.
Yes
Be willing to learn and grow.
