  • My role is usually spent working on projects required by my team, these tasks have included Excel, Project Management, Presenting, Circuit design and simulation as well as testing.

  • My presenting skills have been developed and I have a far better understanding of the industry and feel I have learned a lot.

  • I have been given as much responsibility as I have been able to rise to. There is a supportive environment so I have by no means been restricted or micro-managed due to my lack of experience.

  • I had regular meetings with managers and mentors to evaluate my process and ensure I was doing work I enjoy.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Very enjoyable. There is an excellent early careers team ensuring that employees get to be social. It can be a fast paced environment but I have found this to be a positive.
