Lots of soft skills, ie interacting with stakeholders, workplace etiquette, but also learning softwares/excel/systems

I was given responsibility on lots of tasks, nothing too high level to be a risk for the company of someone of my experience, but enough to feel a very valued part of the team.

Lots of support from Early careers workers, Manager was intentional in scheduling one to ones, help/training available easily where new processes used.

Very good. Big emphasis on wellbeing, flexible work, team morale. Lots of non-role based activities throughout the year.
