Overview
Working within the Business Integrity team with a variety of roles. These include: - Supporting on internal investigations into potential breaches of the code - Supporting on the deployment of the annual BI training - Supporting on Economic Sanctions work - Working within the triaging committee on speak up cases. - Managing the approval process of the G&H disclosures
Skills
Yes to both. I have increased my knowledge of compliance and specific areas of the law. I have also developed my skills in communication and time management
Responsibilities
Yes, I feel I was trusted by my team early on with certain key responsibilities.
Support & Guidance
My manager provided me with constant support and guidance during my placement, with frequent calls to check in which allowed me to ask any questions. This was especially helpful in the early months.
Culture
The general culture was good but the impact from the productivity program and ice cream separation was felt. The atmosphere at times felt quite low.
