Overview
- Have meetings with the cross functional team to discuss actions and progression on the Project - Work on Decks ranging from competitor analysis to deep dives into specific markets - Complete tasks required that day such as writing concepts, providing feedback to agencies etc.. - Work closely with Apps such as excel for tasks such as budget management
Skills
- Developed confidence in the work I produce and how to stand out in a corporate setting - Developed knowledge of apps such as excel through constant work with it - Time management becomes much more important and is heavily developed throughout the year
Responsibilities
Responsibility varies dependant on your project and also how quickly you may grasp the role. This is something that definitely increases as you go forward however you have to be proactive in achieving this
Support & Guidance
Support was provided thoroughly throughout the beginning of my placement and decreases more as you go on as you become more familiar with the work you are doing however guidance will be there if required
Culture
The company definitely has its benefits with opportunities for external and internal network growth present. The company does have a very hierarchical nature with some making this more apparent then overs.
Your Impressions
Definitely aspects of the placement I enjoyed however for me personally it was not a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
