Overview
I learn how the Beauty market is changing and the trends behind it, and leverage this knowledge to work with global brand teams to tell them the best way to show up in store when they launch global brand innovations. I also do monthly sales reporting, maintaining of a website I built where this knowledge and best practice is stored, and support in customer events with global retailers such as Walmart.

Yes we are given lots of real life work and responsibility.
Support & Guidance
You receive a lot from your Line manager and other Industrial placement 西瓜视频s, however due to the size of the company, the impact/effect is not as effective as you think.
Culture
The company culture and general atmosphere has not been great this year. This is due to the mass redundancies made at the company. While you can connect with your team, in a global role it can be quite isolating.
Your Impressions
I have enjoyed my placement on the whole, while it wasn't what I expected, the experience has given me great development personally and professionally. The real responsibility given to you is different to other placement opportunities.
Yes
The culture at Unilever is great, and is slightly changing to a more performance culture. I would suggest thinking if you would suit that. I would also read about Unilever and the direction they are going on.
