Overview
I am part of the team that manage the performance analytics of our supply chain, this includes upkeep of our data model, building reports with PowerBI and case-by-case analysis. Additionally I have involvement in operational efficiency projects across the supply chain, from supplier to customer and everything in between. Often there are a lot of internal meetings with stakeholders, customers, worldwide teams. Occasionally there have been domestic trips to other sites.

Responsibilities
I felt I was given autonomy from the beginning, this was a project where I was able to develop our KPI reporting. By doing so, I familiarized myself with the data available and the tools used. Following on from this, I was involved with senior management projects, daily check-ins, analysis and execution. I felt I was responsible for some important operations and enjoyed the challenge associated.
Support & Guidance
I was lucky to have a very attentive manager/mentor, who not only focused on my professional develop but also my pastoral matters. Additionally, the team I worked within, were very patient and provided guidance.
Culture
The company has a lot of long term employee's, this made the culture feel consistent and warm. People have strong personal bonds and generally admirable attitudes.
