Overview
Day to Day is plan out my tasks for projects, meetings with the team to allign on progress for various projects, take time to develop skills using resources like linkedin learning and a game of pool in the afternoon. Very much allow you to schedule your time and take ownership of tasks/ projects
Skills
I've developed skills using the microsoft suite, particularly excel. Enjoyed networking with other teams to develop my knowledge outside of my role which often helps as I have a greater understanding of the Organisation
Responsibilities
I was given a smaller amount of responsibility at the start, but as I have grown and become more confident I have been given a good amount of responsibility that stretches me, whilst also knowing support is always available
Support & Guidance
It was really great. I received support when needed and guidance was offered at the start and given when needed later into the year
