Overview
Developing new science and technologies for shampoo to implement into future products. Done by formulating products and evaluating parameters such as deposition of benefit actives and performance using quantification techniques.

Developed time management, presentation, data analysis and independence
Responsibilities
Initially, work given was in collaboration with others to ensure correct amount of support was provided and I was comfortable with the work. This progressed to being given work to carry out independently, with the help of planning, logistics and data analysis. Once confident and comfortable I had full responsibility in my projects- from initial planning, to logistics, formulation, quantification, data analysis and proposed next steps.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support and guidance was given, I felt confident to ask for support when needed and because of this was able to develop my skills as much as possible.

Excellent, very comfortable working environment and atmosphere
