Overview
- Data analysis; analysing engagement within different training platforms. - Assisting with creating tools and resources within the AI adoption for employees.
Skills
Learned how to use various Microsoft platforms - such as Excel and Power BI. Also gained confidence presenting in both on-demand videos as well as live webinars and Q&A sessions.
Responsibilities
During the placement I was given the opportunity to create and control my own projects; the role was great for being given responsibility in a supportive and encouraging way.
Support & Guidance
My line manager during the placement was always on hand to assist me at any point - and the team I worked with has been very kind and welcoming.
Culture
The overall culture across employees is overall positive - everyone within the business wants each other to succeed, and are supportive to help this happen.
Your Impressions
I've enjoyed my placement a lot! The team I have worked with for the past year have been incredibly kind, patient and welcoming and I really feel as if I belong in the business.
