    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes, I was eased into it though which was very beneficial. As they do understand I was new to the company, the first month and a half I was eased into the role able to kind of learn about it and then after that period, I controlled my own projects, I led them. I was even able to start my own work where I saw a problem I was able to solve it.

  • There was so much support, especially since everyone did understand that we are still learning we are new to the company it was my first time in industry. So they were understanding of that and were able to support during my time here, and if I was ever unsure of anything, I was able to get guidance from the right people, and help point me in the right direction
