Overview
We had talks from various speakers in different departments around EY. We all participated in a mock assessment centre where we had to decide the correct option when given multiple choices in a group setting.
Skills
Yes, my group discussion skills have improved, as I had a plethora of ideas to communicate without interrupting other members of the group.
Business Insight
I found it very interesting how internally mobile the company is. It definitely made me more enthusiastic about joining EY.
Culture
The company culture was very constructive and friendly. Everyone was willing to help which I found was definitely a pro.
